Within our designated workshop 3Ks can offer a fully comprehensive fitting service to all of it’s customers. Aside of general tools, equipment available but not confined to, to undertake this type of work include:
- Bearing Warmer
- Hydraulic Press/pulling Equipment
- Non-Destructive testing (NDT) Equipment (Including Magnet Particle Inspection (MPI) and Ultrasonic testing (UT) Equipment)
- Surface coating thickness Gauge
- Surface roughness testing equipment
- Cranage/lifting Equipment
- Pressure washer and steam cleaner
- Specialist Jigs and fixtures (including the equipment to manufacture bespoke jigs and fixtures)
3Ks outsource load testing and both painting and surface treatments to their approved suppliers.
